đź’° CAIRO Lab Selected for $1.5MM follow-on award as part of ARL's "STRONG" Cycle 2 Program

This work will develop novel algorithms for multi-modal communications with autonomous systems via advances in explainable AI and mental modeling.

In collaboration with DCS Corporation, our proposal was selected for award within the Army Research Lab’s Strengthening Teamwork for Robust Operations in Novel Groups (STRONG) Cycle 2 Option.

The proposed work will investigate the interplay between human physiological cues and both modality and content of autonomous agent communications within Human-Robot Teams, studying the “when, how, and what” of team-based coordination and communication.
